This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath family-friendly home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from shopping, waterfront dining, fishing, kayaking, and all the fun activities you can imagine! Prepare to experience the best of indoor and outdoor tropical living. The space As you step into the Dolphin Retreat, you'll immediately feel at home in the tranquil and relaxing open-concept living area. The soothing ambiance of the living room, furnished with a large sectional and a 65" Roku TV for your entertainment, invites you to unwind and forget the cares of the world. You are now on vacation time! The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. A generously sized island is perfect for meal preparation and dining, with three counter stools for additional seating. For a quick pick-me-up, we provide coffee and tea at the coffee bar, complete with a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker. To the right of the kitchen, you'll find a large dining room table that seats eight, offering a view of the pool area. If you prefer outdoor dining, simply slide open the glass doors to access another covered dining area. The Dolphin Retreat offers four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms: The Primary Bedroom: Located separately from the other bedrooms off the dining area, this room features a spacious King-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a roomy walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. Unwind with a movie on the 55" Roku TV or catch up on work using the room's desk and complimentary Wi-Fi. Try not to work too hard, remember you are on vacation! Bedroom 2: This room is equipped with a Queen-size bed, a small office desk and chair, a 40" Roku TV, a walk-in closet, and convenient access to the second bathroom. Bedroom 3: Enjoy the comfort of a King-size bed and a 40" Roku TV. Add some tropical vibes to your evening by switching on the lighted palm tree. Bedroom 4: Perfect for the kids, this room offers two twin beds and a 40" Roku TV. It is important to note that bedrooms 2-4 are situated on the other side of the house. Right off the bedrooms, you'll find a cozy reading nook, furnished with two swivel chairs and a selection of books and games for winding down and relaxing. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, as well as a hanging rack for your clothes. There is also an iron/ironing board. A broom and dustpan, mop, and vacuum cleaner is provided in the garage for your convenience. We're happy to welcome your furry companions to our vacation rental, on a case-by-case basis. With a fully fenced yard, your beloved pets can enjoy the freedom and security of the spacious yard. There is a $150 pet fee per stay. Be sure to mention your pet when inquiring about booking! Guest access Access to the Entire House and Yard: This is a single-family home. Guests who rent the home will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the yard and pool. Owner's Closet: There is a locked and labeled owner's closet located next to the hallway bathroom, and guests do not have access to open this closet. Garage Contents: Please note that I do keep some of my personal items in the garage, along with items that are there for your use: baby highchair, fan, vacuum, broom and dustpan, mop, and beach chair. Other things to note Check-In and Security: Access to the home is granted with a code activated at check-in. This code will be sent to you prior to your stay. For your safety, the property is equipped with security features, including a Ring floodlight over the driveway, a Ring doorbell, and a Ring camera at the back of the house overlooking the pool equipment. Tampering with these security cameras is strictly prohibited. Pool Safety: Please be aware that there is no barrier around the pool area. It is essential to maintain constant supervision of children in all outdoor spaces. The pool is typically heated to a comfortable 85 degrees at no extra cost. However, please note that on exceptionally cold days in the winter, we cannot guarantee maintaining this temperature. Additionally, during cooler weather, the water may feel slightly cooler than the set temperature of 85 degrees due to chilled air. If you desire a higher temperature and are willing to incur an additional charge, please feel free to contact us, and we will be delighted to accommodate your request. Pest Control: While we aim to provide an authentic Florida experience, we take measures to keep wildlife outside, including regular pest control treatments. Due to Florida's tropical environment, occasional encounters with insects may occur, even in a spotless home. Please note that we do not offer discounts or refunds for such encounters. Grill Propane: There is a grill in the backyard for your use. We routinely monitor the propane tank in between guests but it is your responsibility to refill it if more is needed mid-stay.
