Beautiful Family Home close to the beach

This centrally located accommodation has everything your family needs. Located at a lovely canal and city park, the house is in a quiet area but only minutes away from Haarlem Station and the city centre. The accommodation has 3 floors, is spaciously furnished and fully renovated. The house has everything needed for small kids (toys, chairs, beds) but can also host bigger kids. The garden faces North but has a lot of sun hours because of its depth. A perfect place for your holiday! The space Ground floor: You enter the living room through a large hallway. Both the living and dining room are spacious and can be separated by en-suite doors. The kitchen and dining room are connected / open. The kitchen connects to a serre that connects to the garden. Most of the toys for the kids are in the serre and living room. The toilet is in the hallway. The garden is quite spacious and includes a dinner table for 6 as well as a relaxing bench and chairs in the back. Some outdoor toys for the kids are in the shed as well as the cushions for the garden furniture. First floor: the master bedroom and both the small kids bedrooms are on this floor. As well as one of the bathrooms and a separate toilet. Second floor: this floor has another 3 bedrooms / study rooms of which 2 are with a separate entresol. The second bathroom is on this floor that includes another toilet. Guest access All except for a few closets downstairs that will be marked with private and one of the bedrooms on the second floor that we will also use to store some stuff. Other things to note We don’t want any parties at our house and hence we will be selective about accepting groups of people. We prefer to host families which it is better suited for.
