Relaxing, comfy home with private pond in front yard, perennial gardens, surrounded in wooded seclusion. Many lakes for swimming, kayaking. Local artisans, organic farms. 9 hole golf course 1/2 mile away. Located 20 miles to the Capitol of Montpelier with shops and restaurants. 60 miles to Burlington. Local stores 3 miles away. In winter, are trails for snowshoeing and skiing. Stowe, ski capital of the East , Sugarbush, Bolton ski areas are within an hour. The space Hand built home in the woods surrounded by gardens, trails, and artesian fed cold pond. Wood fired outdoor sauna. Guests have access to dining/living room, screened in porch and kitchen. Guests will stay in annex within home with 2 bedrooms and private bath. My personal space is private. Guest access Access to kitchen, dining room, screened in porch, living room.
