Country Retreat w Private Pool

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, w a private pool. While sequestered away in a country setting, you are only 8-10 miles from downtown Huntsville, dining, and medical district. Additionally the Von Braun center is a short 10 to 15 minutes away where Concerts and Sorts games are plentiful. The space Our home offers 3 rooms- A very spacious Master Bedroom with a King Bed and Private Bathroom w a walk in shower ( perfect for persons w disabilities) The second room hosts a Queen bed and shares a bath w the 3rd room. The 3rd room is a bit smaller and hosts 2 XL Twin beds. Ideal for teens and children Guest access We have an automated key pad for self entry. The code will change after each guest departs to ensure safety for each guest following. Other things to note Please note - there is 150.00 non refundable pet fee for your first pet. It is 75.00 per pet after the 1st, and we respectfully request not more then 3 pets at a time. If there are unique or special circumstances, I am always open to discussion. Additionally, we ask for each person staying in the home to sign a “ Release of Liability “ form. ( Adults can write in the names of their children on the form and sign on their behalf.) This is mostly because we have a swimming pool that is not gated. The form (s) will be on the counter when you arrive. ( Also a picture has been included in the home listing pictures)They need to be signed and can be placed in the mailbox by the road to keep it simple. Also, the pool maintenance person,(A.k.a. my husband, Kurt.😜) will be stopping by approximately every other day between 8 and 10 AM to clean the pool filters and sweep the pool to ensure it stays healthy and in tiptop shape for your visit. I will always give a heads up, the night before he comes over so no surprises.
