One room - other spaces shared! RENT of FULL COTTAGE available at these dates: 11.2. till 3.3. 28.6. till 31.8. A wooden cottage, built as the traditional wooden houses in Czech Republic, however with the modern facilities to make your stay comfortable. One dedicated spacious room. All other areas are common (shared with the owner - who is most of the time out of the house) incl. bathroom, kitchen and living room with fire place, garden, pool and two terraces. The space Few years old wooden house. There is one spacious room ready for the hosts with a queen bed, single bed and two mattress that could be used as additional sleeping space. All other amenities are shared with the owner & family including a bathroom with a bath, separate toilet, living room with kitchen and a fireplace. We are very friendly and open to any wishes - please do not hesitate to ask. Guest access Through the main door and common hall, upstairs in the 1st floor. The room is separated by wooden door that could be locked by the host. During your stay I am keen to share any information about the local attractions, transportation, shops etc. I am also happy to help with any specific wishes regarding your stay or timing setup. Other things to note Free use of outside common areas are essential. This includes the pool, trampoline for children, hammock, grill and two terraces with chairs and table.
