If a "drought/heatwave" order is issued, the law prohibits us from filling the hot tubs. As this is beyond our control and necessary for the preservation of water resources, no refund can be requested. Thank you for understanding. Guest access The COCOTTE chalet is independent, you benefit from the whole place. 4 parking spots are available Unfenced grounds An optional electric charging station for any vehicle is available for your use (extra charge, payment according to consumption) A personalized welcome is given on site. No arrivals after 9 p.m. Other things to note Private 😉 access to covered outdoor hot tub and pétanque court 💦 The hot tub is limited to adults only. The filling of the hot tub is subject to the regulations of the Prefecture. If a "drought/heatwave" order is issued, the law prohibits us from filling the hot tubs. As this is beyond our control and necessary for the preservation of water resources, no refund can be requested. Thank you for your understanding. Unfenced grounds No stair gate ➡️ The Cleaning Fee includes: the cleaning and preparation hours of the cottage, part of the maintenance of the bed linen and towels, as well as the preparation of the beds. 🛏 The number of beds and bedding are proportional to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. A surcharge will be requested via Airbnb if the number of people present does not match the reservation. 🚙 The electric car charging station is an additional service: consumption is at your expense. It is strictly forbidden to plug your vehicle into a regular outlet in the cottage; only the charging station should be used if necessary. Thank you. ⚠️ Concerned about the well-being of our guests, but also that of our neighborhood, EVJF, EVG and other noisy festivities are strictly prohibited. To ensure the tranquility of our neighborhood, a €950 damage deposit (by bank authorization only) will be required at the start of your stay. This can be charged if violations of the regulations are noted (noise disturbance, contamination of the hot tub, degradation, etc.) Thank you for your understanding.
