Ideal for holidaymakers who love nature and sports with the proximity of the lake but also ski slopes and many hiking trails. On the ground floor: an entrance, living room with open kitchen, shower room/toilet, access to the private terrace with its stunning views of the lake and the Sancy mountains. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom 3 beds 90, separate toilet. Electric heating package from €20 to €40. Adjacent land not enclosed. Shops and services on site and in Murol. One pet accepted, price 7 Euros per day. Shared washing machine with the adjoining gîte.
