Newly built modern villa in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood, 15 minutes from the city center by bus or tram. The cozy neighborhoods in Majorna with many restaurants and unique shops are easily accessible on foot or by a short tram ride. Lovely Slottskogen is within walking distance. If you want to swim in the sea or enjoy the Gothenburg archipelago, the distance is 10 minutes by tram. To the sports areas in Kviberg and central Gothenburg, you can easily get by tram, car or maybe bike. #Gothiacup #Partillecup The space On the entrance floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, shower & toilet, a dressing room as well as a living room and kitchen in an open plan. Large sliding doors lead out to the balcony and garden. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with a shower and a TV corner. There is also a second bedroom/office that is furnished with a 140 cm sofa bed. Guest access Most parts of the house are accessible to guests - Private wardrobes/dressing rooms are excluded. Other things to note Important: No parties are permitted in the house or on the adjoining plot.
