Can accommodate up to 4 travelers, this house is composed of a beautiful living room of 35 m² with wood stove (wood not supplied), open kitchen equipped, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 400 m². The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A beautiful living room of 35 m² decorated with a wood stove (wood not supplied) and a television will welcome you to warm you by the fire, Wifi (fiber optics). - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Relaxation will be at the rendezvous in the well being dependence in which you will find a Finnish sauna and, at the top of the stairs, a massage space opening on the outside spa, to cut you from the outside world and let go. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: A king-size round bed (180×200) and its spacious shower room with tropical rain and light therapy. - Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190). - Two separate toilets At your disposal if needed: fully equipped kitchen, towels, slippers, bathrobes and household linen, barbecue, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 5-seater Jacuzzi available all year round - The 25m² terrace and the 400m² garden, entirely enclosed and planted with trees, benefit from a southern exposure. The whole is totally private. It benefits from a barbecue area and furniture for eating (table + 4 chairs). The house is ideally located in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, in a very pleasant environment and about 1km from the beach, 2 minutes from Cancale, 10 minutes from Saint-Malo and 5 minutes from the Mont-Saint-Michel bay. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of bakery, delicatessen, media library, hairdresser, laundromat, pharmacy, restaurants... Activities : - Water sports, beach, hiking, horseback riding, karting, cinema. - Visit of the Mont-Saint-Michel. - Saint-Malo : Intra-Muros, the ramparts, the aquarium, the racecourse, the casino... - The port of Cancale, the Pointe du Grouin, Saint-Sulliac, the golf course of St Briac.
