NO SMOKING OR PARTIES ALLOWED The space It is a spacious and modern apartment, it is on the 9th floor which gives you a good view of Arequipa Avenue. It has very good lighting since it has large windows, but at the same time there are roller blinds that give you privacy. All three bedrooms are comfortable and well lit, only the master bedroom has a TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, as is the living room and dining room. It has a balcony where you can sit and get some fresh air Guest access The apartment will be at your complete disposal. You can enjoy everything it has: kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony. The common areas that you can use are the gym, swimming pool, grill areas, co-working room and children's room, all with prior reservation at the reception, as these areas are managed by the building administration. The grill area has an additional cost of S/100 for cleaning by building staff. Note: The use of the pool is temporarily limited to 3-hour slots per apartment once a week per building rules. It's up to the building personnel to enforce these rules at their discretion. We are hoping this rule gets reversed at our next HOA meeting. Other things to note We have free underground parking for short visits and a permanent parking lot with a cost of S/40 per night. Miraflores is a tourist district and therefore very busy. It is normal to hear street noise on a daily basis despite having modern windows, especially during the day.
