The space The cottage will surely charm you with its brightness and windows overlooking a large waterfront property. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 closed bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 partially closed bedroom (curtains) on the second floor in the mezzanine, a games area with board games, pool table, a living room with electric fireplace and 1 full bathroom with washer-dryer. Outside you will find a patio with table and chairs (summer), deck chairs (summer), 3-seater garden swing (summer), hot tub available year-round, BBQ, outdoor fire area, outdoor games and 2 kayaks for beautiful hikes on the lake. The cottage is very well located, you will find a natural beach that forms at the front of the cottage. The chalet can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. It is possible to make a request for 8 (2 children) and sleep on the sofa. There is also a single extra mattress available in the chalet. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathtub. 50 meters from the cottage you will find a park with a petanque court and a tennis court accessible to all! The yard is large enough to bring your boat. The descent is 50 m away. It's your responsibility to check with the municipality for regulations to comply with. There is no charge for the dock at this time. *Discounts* (except holidays, summer period and public holidays) You get 30% off the third night when you rent Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday. You get 40% off when you rent Monday-Friday.
