Clementina - House with kitchen and terrace

'Clementina' is a small, vibrant but yet cozy apartment. Located strategically between Naples and Caserta, the apartment is situated in a traditional building built around a central courtyard, which will give the guests a comfortable and authentic local experience. The house also features a private terrace, ideal for relaxing or al fresco dining during the spring and summer seasons. Clementina is a place that first and foremost feels like home, with small touches reminiscent of far away lands. The space Clementina is located on the first floor within a traditional building and it is accessed through one single flight of stairs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a small sofa and TV, a large bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, a balcony and a private terrace. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine and an ironing board which the guests can use for free during their stay. Guest access During their stay, the guests can use all the areas within the property. Other things to note The apartment is mainly my home, a space I've decided to share with other travelers when I'm not in town. I want guests to have a comfortable stay and feel at home, but I kindly ask you to respect the spaces and pay particular attention to the furnishings, dishes and appliances. I will provide guests with the essential ingredients to prepare breakfast and basic ones such as oil, salt, sugar, spices, rice, pasta, etc. In addition, guests who decide to stay will also be able to take advantage of a special discount in the two restaurants run by my family, both 500 meters from the accommodation and offering traditional and international cuisine.
