Beautiful private lakeside home with a south-facing pool located in a peaceful gated community in South Kissimmee. Our home has 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests, including adults, children & infants. Located just a 14 mile drive from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort, Lake View Oasis is a great choice for any Orlando vacation. The space Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated community, our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is a peaceful place to relax after a busy day in the Orlando area. Formal living room with a 3 seater sofa and two 2 seater sofas along with a 60 inch Roku TV. Dining table also found in this area. Fully stocked kitchen with large refrigerator, cooker, microwave and dishwasher with breakfast nook. Family room with access to private enclosed heated pool with stunning lake view. An ideal place to relax and view the abundant Floridian wildlife. Sand Hill cranes, Ospreys, Kingfishers, turtles and the occasional small alligator to name but a few! (Pool heating is optional and is available at an additional charge requested in advance of arrival) There is also a bedroom with a Queen bed, Roku TV and walk in wardrobe on this floor next to a full bathroom. A utility room with a washer and dryer leads to the double garage with a washing line. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King sized bed, Roku TV, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, corner bath and double vanity unit. Also upstairs are 2 further bedrooms each with 2 single beds, Roku TVs and walk in wardrobes with access to a shared full bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for a small owner’s cupboard. Other things to note Code for access to the community and to the house will be provided before check in. Free wi-fi is available throughout the house. Toilet paper and cleaning products are supplied initially but guests will be responsible for providing a further supply for themselves as required. Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the driveway and for 1 vehicle in the garage. No Trailers, RVs, or Boats in Driveway. Street parking is not allowed 11pm to 7 am. Additional parking is available by the playground, and a parking permit is required and can be obtained from a security guard. No parking on the apron of the driveway. Please do not park on the lawn, do not block the sidewalk. Community and the City have Very Strict Trash/Recycling rules. All residents (even short term) MUST Follow these rules to avoid citations. Please place trash bins by roadside Wednesday for trash and Thursday for recycling so that trucks can collect. Our management company is a short distance from our house and will be available 24/7 for any issues you may have whilst staying at the house. Full details can be found in a folder in the house.
