A King Size EnSuite Room with shower in a Victorian Period home just minutes from the beach on the North Norfolk Coast. In an AONB with some of Britain’s finest beaches inc Holkham and Brancaster on the doorstep and the best sunsets on the east. Sandringham ,Holkham,& Houghton Hall are a short drive with many tourist attractions close by such as Norfolk Lavender and RSPB Titchwell. A short walk into town for shops,cafes and the theatre. Parking on site. 1st floor room at rear of house. Quiet too The space You’ll be staying in a south facing room with a King Size Bed that has a large en-suite attached.The room has period features with high ceilings.There is a large wardrobe and drawers plus side cabinets and plenty of space for personal belongings. There is a Smart TV , Smart Speaker and good wi-fi connection. We provide an Nespresso Coffee Machine and Small Kettle for help yourself beverages with complimentary teas and coffees too. The Bedroom is at the back of the house above the main kitchen so bear in mind it’s a Victorian House that sometimes creaks a bit ! A bit like us ! The bedding is good quality and towels and robes are provided. Guest access This is our home and it’s big enough to share as we have ample space .The lounge , snug and kitchen are private spaces . The garden is a good space for getting some fresh air and enjoying a book too. We have a safe place for Bicycles and have off road Car Parking too. As a period property offering a king size bed only we are not suitable for children or babies. During your stay We have lived and holidayed in North Norfolk for over 25 years so there isn’t much we don’t know about the local area.Just ask us if you need any information. We are busy and retired , and more often out and about enjoying Norfolk too . But during your stay with us we’ll ensure you make the most of North Norfolk too. For us Hospitality is a gift and ours is to gift it to you. Other things to note If you need a pack up lunch made up ,just ask us for details.We are real foodies and both were classically trained as chefs so nothing is beyond asking. We include a home baked continental breakfast (Cereals/Home baked GF Oat Muffins/Toast & Home made Preserves etc ) plus Barista Coffee or Tea (we love our coffee here too ), but if you fancy something more why not take advantage of the great eateries locally at places like Thornham Deli or The Old Store in Snettisham. Just tell us pre arrival if you don’t want breakfast munchies. We serve breakfast in our kitchen at a sensible 08:30am ,unless you want it earlier of course which just needs adding to your request. We can cater for ALL dietary requirements and are fully trained on allergy awareness so please tell us before you arrive about any restrictions or allergies so we can plan for your visit.We also have Coeliacs and Vegans in the family too so nothing is too much ! We can also provide an afternoon tea for when you get back from your walks on the beach , just ask for more information when you book. We are Cyclist Friendly ,have a safe place for bikes and we are on the Rebellion Way too.
