Welcome to our charming beachfront studio! This cozy space is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted with a comfortable queen size bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop (no oven) for you to create delicious meals. The studio also features A/C that cools the entire unit, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable during your stay. Step outside onto the patio and take in the breathtaking views of the beach. Relax in the outdoor hammock and sitting area, or fire up the charcoal BBQ for a fun outdoor dining experience. A short walk will take you to a local bakery, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy for any essentials you may need. The studio is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Rincon, so you can easily explore the town and all it has to offer. Direct access to the beach means you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or simply taking in the beautiful views. Please note that there are two units on the property that are rented through Airbnb, so the patio area is shared. However, each unit is private and gives you the opportunity to meet other travelers. Off-street parking is available for your convenience. While we are always available to help with any questions or concerns, we respect your privacy and will interact with you as much or as little as you prefer. Please treat the space with the same respect you would in your own home and keep in mind that this is a residential area. Loud music or talking late at night is not allowed as it may disturb other guests. Escape to our beachfront studio and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings.
