This property is in a quiet area, this new light & airy guest room is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs, enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is round the back of the property first garage on the right. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 5 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond. The space Newly decorated large double bedroom with lovely views over Haldon Hill. Large bathroom next door with a walk-in shower and a bath. Downstairs you will have access to my snug room with Wifi, TV and you can sign into your Netflix's. There is also a desk in the snug, should you wish to do some work. Excellent location. PLEASE NOTE: there are actually 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, should you wish to book both rooms, please send me a message but there is only ONE bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: I do have a very well behaved and friendly Labrador. Guest access I will be here, along with Maya (my very friendly Labrador) to greet you when you arrive. During your stay I will be on hand to answer any queries or questions that you have during your stay in beautiful Topsham. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: on opening my front door there maybe a very friendly Labrador waiting to greet you on the other side.
