As the house faces the road, you must expect to hear passers-by. We are a dynamic family of 4 who live in the house upstairs, and of course that can also be heard. The space The house is a brick-built villa from 1939, where the basement has undergone a renovation in 2010, where there is underfloor heating and good ventilation, so it became suitable for habitation. There's a separate door from the outside into the basement. The room is furnished with a sofa bed that can be converted into two beds and a single bed. There's a wardrobe and a table with three chairs. There is access to the kitchen and a small bathroom with shower, which only for guests during their stay. If needed, guests can use the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. It's shared with us. Guest access There is access to the basement's corridors, room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.
