Beautiful outbuilding from a 15th century farmhouse, recently renovated, available for your stays in Maine et Loire! This ideal accommodation for 4 to 6 people is attached to the main house but totally independent. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious and very pleasant bedrooms, all surrounded by a 6000 m² garden in a green setting thanks to its organic apple trees that surround the house! We offer for rent a nice independent and totally renovated cocoon, adjoining our house and which includes everything you need for a great stay in Maine and Loire! On the ground floor: Independent entrance, living room and its new fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, hood, microwave, dishwasher, complete dishes, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine...) all overlooking the outside with an independent terrace. This one is fully equipped (table, chairs, lounge chairs, arbor...) and it is very pleasant for great aperitifs! On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. The living room sofa is convertible. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed, the other with a double bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and towel dryer. The entire house is located on a quiet garden of more than 6000 m², with a football cage, and small animals as neighbors (pygmy goats, geese and chickens) and dairy cows nearby. Sometimes we have visits from ducks, or wild hares ;) We are surrounded by many hectares of organic apple and pear trees whose owner and operator is none other than the neighbor. It is therefore possible to come across his tractor in the area! Rentals include all linens: beds will be made upon arrival and towels are provided. We also provide you with dish towels and cleaning essentials. Since we have an Australian Shepherd who can't stand living with other 4-legged animals, we prefer to avoid having your pets. As the accommodation has been renovated very recently, it is possible that some small exterior moving work may not be completed depending on your dates of stay. But that shouldn't interfere with your stay with us! :) Being in the countryside and not yet having fiber optic internet, our telephone network is a bit limited, but we promise, we have internet with Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation! For your information, an outdoor security camera is installed on the parking side. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Access is independent although the house is attached to ours (since it is a large farmhouse). Don't worry, you'll be quiet!
