You can arrive at the time you want from 4 p.m. Any broken or damaged objects and furniture will be charged at their actual replacement values. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. If the apartment smells of cigarettes, your security deposit will be collected in full The swimming pool is accessible to restaurant/bar customers, however you can only access the restaurant bar by going around the residence, no direct access. There is a laundromat if needed in the residence (even if you already have a washing machine available in our accommodation).
