This beachfront condo on the top (third) floor is in the perfect location in a small, quiet residential community in Belleair Beach, close to everything you need to stay, play, and relax! You are steps from the white sand and a pool, while only being about a 10 min drive from Clearwater restaurants, shopping, and Pier 60! The space Spend the day with your family relaxing by the pool, grilling on the poolside BBQ grill (as of 1/5/26, the grill is not working & the HOA is in the process of getting bids to replace it), and making sandcastles on the beach. Then in the evening you can take the Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) to downtown Clearwater or enjoy a cold beverage enjoying the sunset views on the furnished balcony. The Condo: 2 Bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. The Master Suite has its own access to the balcony, private full bath, picturesque view of the ocean, and a flat screen TV. 3rd Bedroom/Bonus room has a trundle bed off kitchen perfect for children. **Please note that there is not a closet in this room and a curtain is used for privacy between room and kitchen.** Two bicycles, apartment-size washer & dryer, dishwasher, food disposal, Keurig coffee machine, vacuum available for use. Also included is wifi, cable TV, water and sewer, and electric (up to $100/month). Outside: There are six steps from the parking lot up to the 1st floor/elevator level. There are five steps from the 1st floor down to the pool deck. And there are approximately five steps from the pool deck to the beach. The pool is for owners, their guests, and renters. Please submit request to owner 48 hrs in advance for heating of pool. Three story condo with access to elevator. There is an uncovered dedicated parking spot for the unit. Additional parking available at first come basis. Other things to note No pets or tobacco use of ANY kind (including cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc..) are allowed in this unit. Renters will need to complete a written rental application and background check required by the condo HOA (the HOA charges a separate fee for EACH, which the prospective renter must pay), as well as a lease agreement provided by the owner (all after owner’s initial approval of the renter’s request). The condo association then needs to approve all three before the rental becomes official. The HOA requires these steps to help ensure the best experience for both renters and for the full-time residents of the association. All guests are subject to HOA rules, regulations, and bylaws. These will be provided after the rental is approved. There is a cleaning visit & fee for EACH rental period that a prospective renter is in the unit (one 30 day rental = one cleaning visit & fee, a 30-60 day rental = two cleaning visits & cleaning fees, a 60-90 day rental = three cleaning visits & cleaning fees, etc.). AirBnB’s listing format doesn’t appear to allow this information to be noted; it only lists one $200 cleaning fee. There is an elevator in the center of the building that operates between the first, second, and third floors. There are stairways at the north and south ends of the building.
