Ocean views and sunshine! Steps to the sand! Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on your deck. Welcome to your newly remodeled beachfront, 1st floor unit in Hermosa Beach. Open concept living space. Modern 2 bed, 2 full bath with high speed internet, electric fireplace, two smart TVs, in-unit washer and dryer, and chef's kitchen. Literally on the beach. Access to bike riding, skating, surfing, volleyball, sailing, shopping, cafes & popular restaurants. The space This is beachfront and looks onto the ocean and onto The Strand (the bike/walking path). This unit is located on the 1st floor of a 3-story building. The kitchen and living space are an open concept, with indoor-outdoor flow to the front deck. The primary bedroom is located in the back of the unit with a Cal King bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed which can be converted into two twin beds or into a standard King bed. It has a full bathroom with a bath tub. All appliances are new and top of the line. Washer/dryer located in unit. Please note there are other tenants and pets living on the premises. We are working professionals, quiet and respectful people. The deck in front of your unit is for your use only, but other tenants occasionally need to access the deck for exit/entrance to the beach/strand. If you have a dog, please keep them on leash while on the deck and in all property common areas, including the side walkway, and behind the stairs and back gate area. Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM daily. No parties/No events. No smoking/No vaping on premises. Guest access Guests access the front door with a Smart Lock code. Guests have direct access to the beach, front deck, and The Strand (bike/walking path). Other things to note There are 4 steps upon entering from the street and from The Strand side. Free street parking access is available during your stay with use of a complimentary parking permit. Street parking is close to the back entrance of the condo on Hermosa Avenue. Please note, we have a $250 inconvenience fee if the parking permit is not left in the condo at checkout. There is no parking on premise. This is a dog-friendly property. If you have your dog with you, please make sure it is well-behaved, house trained, friendly and quiet (little to no barking). There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee. Guests must keep dogs on leash when in the common areas of the property. That includes the front deck, the side walkway, and the area under the stairs by the back gate. We have tenants who live on the property. We need to avoid any chance of a dog bite or dog attack. If you are unable to contain your dog inside the condo, and keep your dog on leash in the common areas, then we will need to ask you to remove your dog from the premises. This is a 30-day minimum rental. Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM. No parties/No events. No smoking/No vaping on premises.
