Coastal village cottage.

The Gwinges is on the outskirts of the village of St Keverne. The Cottage sleeps up to 7 adults in its 3 bedrooms (3 double beds , 1 single )) . A cosy lounge , kitchen and utility room . The master bedroom has an ensuite with a family bathroom downstairs. large sunny enclosed garden with parking for up to 3 cars. Just a short walk to the village for 2 pubs , Spar and a family butchers, or local beaches and Roskillys ice-cream farm. Pls see other notes for booking for 2 people The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , The master has a king size with ensuite 2rd bedroom up stairs has either a double bed and a single or can be 3 single beds 3rd Bedroom down stairs is a double bed we only make up the beds that are required so please let us know what beds are requred for the guests that are coming we dont add a cleaning charge so please strip beds and leave with towels in the utility room when leaving and leave the house as tidy as possible Guest access We live on site opposite the cottage so we will greet you and show you the house , it is a very safe area so we dont lock the house . I will send instruction of how to find us as some sat navs cant Please take a note of this and dont rely on your mobile as the signal here is poor on most networks Other things to note The charging of electrical cars can only be done with permission from property owners with a possible charge for electricity used , fee to be agreed The cottage pricing starts for 2 people sharing as of Jan 2027 if more that one bed is needed to be made up for 2 people there will be a cleaning charge added to cover the additional linen ,
