Studio 4/5 pers in La Mongie-Tourmalet

This pleasant 25 m2 studio, facing south, is located at the foot of the slopes of La Mongie station in the Tourmalet area. From the balcony you can admire a great view of the mountains. In winter, put on your skis (or snowboard) at the foot of the residence before hitting the slopes. In summer, watch the Tour de France and/or take the opportunity to go hiking... The space The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people as it has a sleeping area with 3 bunk beds (90 x 190) and in the living room a sofa bed (140 x 190). The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, mini oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, raclette grill, cooking utensils... and plenty of storage. The bathroom is independent and has a bathtub and a toilet area. A fan heater is installed there. Finally, a balcony accessible from the living room enhances the accommodation. A nice gain in space and comfort. The balcony railing is up to child safety standards. Welcome kit with basic necessities (coffee pods, tea, sugar, cleaning products, sponges, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, baby kit: baby bed-mattress-dishes, raclette grill, board games...) Duvets, blankets, pillows are of course available. Bed and house linen, on the other hand, is not provided. A shopping mall is located on the ground floor of the residence with all shops directly accessible by elevator or stairs (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, equipment rental, ski school, sale of ski passes, etc.) Guest access You have full access to the apartment throughout your stay as well as to the storage room to store your equipment and shoes. Useful information to get to the accommodation easily will be sent by email before your arrival. The lockbox code will be communicated to you on the day of arrival. Other things to note The residence is located on the Col du Tourmalet at the foot of the Pic du Midi, accessible all year round by cable car. Nearby, enjoy the Bikepark in Barège and sites for Via Ferrata and Canyoning. Discover honey, cheese or jam producers. In summer you can: visit sites such as lakes (Payolle for example is very nice), the Pont d'Espagne, caves, chasms and many other beautiful places. Possible activities: Pic du Midi, Via Ferrata, Cieleo, Aquensis, Canyoning, Mountain Biking, Bikepark, Climbing, Hiking... In July, for fans, the Tour de France passes right behind the residence. For the comfort of all guests, the accommodation is non-smoking (same for vaping!) and cleaning must be done at the end of the stay.
