ABSOLUTELY NO NICOTINE inside or at the front yard (ticket of $200) 420 inside your bedroom, no party, this is a sanctuary for you to rest and to charge your spirit and body, NO COUPLES at any time (200 ticket), no dogs, no kids. Cleaning fee of $40 once you check in for a total of 1 day until 1 week, after the first week $40 cleaning fee every week. The space About the space: Half block away from Irvin Park, close to public transportation, 1 block away from buses B26 and B60, 9 to 10 minutes walk to the L train on Wilson or Halsey stop and to the J train Halsey stop, 30 to 35 minutes away from Manhattan. Restaurants, bars, Organic Supermarket 3 blocks away, The space is a truly beautiful, comfortable medium room with a semi double size bed, shelving space with a small closeth, beautiful sunrise lighting every morning + fan + electric heater. It is located on the third floor of an authentic walk up Victorian Town House. Many guest have verbalized that the space gives an extremely warm, cozy, feeling of being at home. A very popular space. Laundry and dryer inside the house in front of the bedroom available from 10am to 6:00pm ($10 per use) you will need to take care of your own liquid detergent. Guest access: WIFI, refrigerator, kitchen, stove, dinning space, dryer and laundry, safe location, a beautiful quiet street, recycling method inside the house. Other things to note Minimum 2 nights.
