Lillian's Downstairs offers comfortable island living in a convenient mid-island location on Green Turtle Cay. This welcoming ground-floor residence features a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, and private patio. Just a short golf cart ride from beaches, New Plymouth, restaurants, and local attractions, it's an ideal base for experiencing the quieter side of The Bahamas. The space Sleeping The residence comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, and seating at the island for casual meals and conversation. Outdoor dining is also available on the patio. Comfort Split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home allow guests to adjust each room for personalized comfort. Entertainment Relax in the living area with a 75" Smart TV and streaming services, plus a TV in the bedroom. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Guest Essentials Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your stay. Parking Convenient golf cart parking is available directly outside the residence. Safety The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Traveling with a larger group? The upstairs residence may also be available, allowing both levels of Lillian's Bungalows to be reserved together when available. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire downstairs residence, including the private patio and lawn. The yard and parking area are available for your use and are only shared if the upstairs residence is occupied. Other things to note Housekeeping For stays longer than 7 nights, optional housekeeping service is available for an additional fee. Getting Here Green Turtle Cay is reached by ferry from Treasure Cay. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided before your stay, and our local caretakers will assist with a smooth arrival and welcome you on the island. Backup Power Lillian's Bungalows is equipped with a whole-home backup generator to help keep guests comfortable during occasional island power outages. Island Transportation Golf carts are the preferred way to explore Green Turtle Cay and are available through local rental providers. We recommend reserving in advance, particularly during peak travel periods. Concierge Assistance We're happy to assist with recommendations and arrangements, including golf cart rentals, bike rentals, fishing charters, diving excursions, grocery delivery, and other local services. Traveling with a Larger Group? The upstairs residence may also be available, allowing both levels of Lillian's Bungalows to accommodate up to 10 guests when reserved together.
