Detached house, countryside.

House of about 60 m2, located in a small hamlet between Beauce and the Cisse Valley, equidistant from Blois and Vendôme (20 km). You will find peace and quiet. I will be (with my 2 children, my friend, my dog and my cat) your neighbor. The 2 houses are not attached, only the land is connected but separated by a "ranch" style fence. The space House composed of: - A bedroom under the eaves with 1 bed of 140 x 190, a dresser and a wardrobe. - A bedroom on the ground floor (2 steps to access it) with a bunk bed with a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 bed. - Bathroom with toilet, towel dryer, bathtub, cabinet with 2 sinks and washing machine. - A living room with kitchen area, dining area (6 people) and living room with sofa bed. - A plot of about 220 m2 with a "ranch" style fence and 2 electric wires that you can choose to plug in or not, a dining area (6 people) and with barbecue. Guest access You can park your car in front of the house entrance (private but unfenced parking). You will have access to all the rooms mentioned as well as the outside. Other things to note In order to keep prices as low as possible, I ask that the cleaning be done before your departure; only a check, airing of the rooms and a change of sheets are planned. If this is not respected, I will have no choice but to increase the cleaning fee. Beds will not be made, sheets will be placed on each bed.
