The space This coastal modern ground floor unit offers you the chance to soak up the Puerto Rican sunshine while enjoying access to our community's amenities. Our new apartment is equipped with: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, A/C in the apartment, 1 Parking Space (709), Wi-Fi, Smart TV (Netflix included), a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Espresso Machine, Gas Grill, Beach Chairs, Coolers, Linens and Towels. The Master bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, and closet space. In the common spaces of the apartment we have 1 full bath, a dining area, breakfast bar, and a Sofa Bed. The terrace includes a lounge area, outdoor dinning area, and a BBQ Grill. See photos for more information! Our community: Steps to the beach, pool with outdoor shower, playground area for children, and a beach volleyball court. Pool Rules: (Update 06/29) The pool is officially open from 9am to 10pm. Pool rules are at the entrance of the area. *** Pets are welcomed. A $50 additional cleaning fee will be charged. Guest access As our guest, you will have full access to the apartment, which includes the bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace. There is a service area closet that is inside the bedroom and another next to the bathroom for cleaning personel. Also there are two kitchen cabinets that are closed off for guests. Other things to note PR COVID Regulations: As of 08/23/2021, the Puerto Rican government has established that, to enter restaurants or bars, you will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test from less than 72 Hours.
