VUT-09/439 Casa Alseda, our rural accommodation 6 km from Villarcayo. In the heart of Las Merindades, the village of Salazar is declared a site of cultural interest. The entire house is rented: 3 double bedrooms with views, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen and a pleasant private outdoor garden-patio. Dogs are welcome - check conditions. The setting is ideal for visiting beautiful places and practicing different sports. The space The house has 3 double bedrooms. Capacity for 6-8 people. Bedroom 1 - with views of the village's nature: 1 double bed (2 people). Bedroom 2 - overlooking the valley: 1 double bed (2 people). Bedroom 3 - with valley views: 2 beds of 105x200 (2 people). In room 3 you will have enough space for a portable baby crib (the same accommodation provided portable crib if necessary). The sofa bed is double and can accommodate 2 extra people. All bedrooms have a TV and a closet. Dogs - maximum 2 per stay: Check conditions and rates. Dogs are requested to use the outside area and only access the house's ground floor (without accessing the bedrooms). This rule does not apply to service dogs. Guest access The access and entrance to the house is independent and private. The outdoor space (patio-garden) is ideal for summer nights, as well as sunny moments in winter, autumn and spring. The check-in process is personal, with flexible hours from 4:00 pm. We will welcome you to our house and specifically to the one that will be your home during the stay. Other things to note The property has 2 houses: the rural tourism house (floor 0 and +1) and the owners' house (floor -1). Both have private and independent entrances. The outdoor space is also separate, providing privacy to guests. We look forward to seeing you!
