Walk to: CN Tower, Aquarium, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Center, cafes, restaurants, Union Station. Transit: 1-minute walk to streetcar. Bike lanes & rentals. Parking: Free underground parking for 1 car. The space Cute 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a townhouse (a few stairs down from street), with backyard & BBQ, on a quiet street in Downtown Toronto. Walk or bike (bike lanes & rentals nearby). Peaceful bedrooms. Bedroom #1 sleeps 3 (1 single and 1 double). Bedroom #2 1 double bed. Also, a pullout sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped Kitchen. Gas Fireplace. Free Wifi. Non-smoking. No pets. No parties or outside guests. Noise: Respect for my neighbors is essential. No outdoor conversations after 11pm. Lots of bars and restaurants just around the corner. PARKING: Free underground parking for one car. Guest access You will have use of the two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has one double and one single bed. Bedroom #2 has 1 double bed. Plus there is a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, backyard and BBQ. Gas fireplace. There is NO access to the gym or pools. No smoking in the house or on the property. Other things to note OUTDOOR SHOES: Please remove your shoes and leave them on the rack at the front door. CLEAN: The house should be clean when you leave. DISHES: All dishes washed. GARBAGE: All garbage and boxes thrown into the dumpsters at the end of the sidewalk ( turn left out the front door). FOOD: All your food removed from cupboards and fridge.
