Welcome to this charming small bedroom in a 2-bed flat nestled in the heart of Herne Hill! This inviting retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and character. With stunning views of the London Skyline from the communal roof terrace, as well as a balcony with comfy chairs, this is the perfect base for your London adventures. Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Herne Hill, you'll find an array of cafes, restaurants, and shops, with Herne Hill Station just a short walk away! The space This is a small bedroom in a 2bed flat with a single bed that can be pulled out to make into a double and a working desk with a monitor as well. You will have shared access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Shared Living Area: Furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a table set for four, this open-plan living area is the perfect place to relax, eat or entertain! With large windows letting in lots of natural light, and access to the private balcony. The balcony contains comfy outdoor furniture and is the perfect place to enjoy some peace after a busy day exploring! Shared Kitchen: This open planned kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need. From a microwave for quick meals, to an oven and stove if you want to to cook up a storm! Private Bedroom: Containing a comfortable single bed which can be easily converted to a double bed and access to the beautiful private balcony. This room also features a designated workspace, with a desk and monitor Bathroom: Freshen up before heading out in this lovely three-piece bathroom, complete with a bath containing a shower, toilet, sink and fully stocked with all of the essentials for your stay! Communal Roof Terrace: A communal roof terrace with seating and stunning views of London's Skyline is available for use. The picturesque view really is breathtaking! Other things to note We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Guest access Living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony During your stay I am wfh during most weekdays so can chat during breaks. Weekends I am sometimes at home or out and about but happy to help/chat wherever possible. Other things to note The single bed in the room can be converted into a double bed.
