Country House: Entire Attic Level or Private Room

A farmhouse offering a double room or the whole attic floor (8 beds). Many original features remain. There is a garden playhouse. By the river are a barn sauna and a swimming spot. The family and their dog live in the other end. The kitchen is shared. A marked forest trail is available. Breakfast can be ordered. You can also rent the barn-loft yoga studio and a trained personal yoga teacher. The space The Green Chamber on the main residential floor is a double room with a 160 cm double bed. The entire attic is for the exclusive use of the guest(s). It offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 adults. Old stone walls and curtains divide the space. The attic features a minimalist Scandinavian-style area as well as a colorful section with toys, children’s bunk beds, and a double bed for adults. Washing facilities are located in the lakeside sauna, where warm water is available. The main house has an indoor toilet, but no hot water. Guests can enjoy their own peace and privacy in the house and our garden. Guest access The guests’ private spaces are the “Green Chamber” on the ground floor or the attic. Guests can store their belongings in these areas. The shared kitchen and living room are intended for dining. The hall is meant for quiet relaxation. The garden and the playhouse are freely available for use. Sauna times are agreed upon together, and the river can be used for swimming at any time of day. Behind the house there is a marked forest trail of approximately 1 km. During your stay We live in the house with our family, at the living-room end of the building. There is always someone at home, and we are happy to assist guests in any way they wish. We are also glad to recommend local excursion destinations. Yoga space and different styles of yoga/meditation classes can be inquired about in advance. Our instructors come from nearby towns and are certified yoga teachers; some of them are also trained meditation instructors. Other things to note The house has stairs. Inside the main building there is one toilet. There is an outdoor toilet in a separate outbuilding. There is a trampoline in the yard. Cars can be parked near the yard buildings (sheds). Bicycles can be stored inside a shed if desired. By separate arrangement, it is also possible to use the yoga hall. A cocker spaniel lives in the house with our family.
