The space Our duplex apartment has two bedrooms one bathroom. On the main floor it is open concept with kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are also sunrooms on both the from and back of the house. The front sunroom has beautiful views of New York Harbor and the Verrazzano Bridge. We also have a beautiful artificial grass back yard if you're in town on the warmer months.
