Guest access You’ll have access to all the unlocked rooms which includes 1 bedroom, kitchen, and living room area Other things to note Backyard access is not recommended, Unless you want to smoke There is no smoking permitted inside the home. A fee of 200 dollars will charged if the home smells like nicotine or marijuana The space is equipped with coffee maker and a washer and dryer. Please note that I do not provide coffee, tea, or laundry detergent. The TVs are smart TVs: you may use your login to access content on any of the apps. Parking is available in the driveway. Please do not park on the street (vehicles parked on the street are ticketed every Wednesday between 8am and noon for street sweeping - I am not liable if your car is ticketed)
