Quirky Converted Scout Hall with sea views

The Scout Hall is full of fun things & interesting artefacts. One of the first Scout Halls anywhere & dating back to 1908, the property has great sea views towards the Needles from the large balcony. The well known local pub, The Wight Mouse is within two minutes staggering distance and the area is criss-crossed with footpaths, with the sea being approx. a 15 minute walk. The space Each room has a different feel. For example, bedroom #1 (the Elvis room) contains many "tasteful" Elvis Presley artefacts and now has Elvis music playable on the new CD player / radio / Blue tooth speaker. Relax in the King (Bed) of Rock n Roll! The property is full of 1950/60's furnishings and we've retained some the scouting history of the building. Dib dib and indeed...dob! The open plan upstairs kitchen / dining / living area leads out onto a large balcony with wide ranging views; great for watching the sunset & unwinding at the end of a (hopefully) sun-soaked day at the beach or after undertaking one of the country walks accessible from the property. Very well insulated, the Scout Hall is a great place to stay for a cosy & warm winter break. Guest access The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We purchased the Scout Hall in late 2022. It has been a successful holiday property for many years and we have made a few tweaks and added a few things (a SMART TV, microwave, blue tooth speaker etc...) for an even more comfortable stay.
