The space This first-floor unit of a duplex offers an easy, comfortable layout. There is one step up onto the front deck before entering the home. Inside, you’ll find a combined living and dining area, two bedrooms with king-size beds, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The driveway is shared. Parking is available for one car in front, with additional parking in the driveway behind the home if needed. Please note: this unit does not include a washer or dryer. Guest access During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided. Other things to note The pool is shared with the unit above. While the pool schedule runs from May 1 to September 30, the actual spring opening date depends heavily on the weather and rainfall. Please keep this in mind when booking May dates. The pool is not heated and is available seasonally. This unit does not have a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation. This extends to the building amenities as well. Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.
