Escape from the city in our 1200 sq ft one bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen in a peaceful country setting with pool and hot tub near Lakepoint sports complex, Lake Allatoona, Acworth, Cartersville, Dallas, & Hiram. Two wineries within 10 miles of our place! Close to YNOT, 3 miles from Rose Hall wedding, 6 miles from downtown Dallas, GA & 10 miles from Cartersville, GA. We can host up to 4 adults in our basement apartment. We have a max of 5 guests on the property at anytime. The space Large open space and separate bedroom with attached bathroom. Single roll away bed plus additional queen bed as requested to total three beds. Large manicured backyard with in ground salt water pool and hot tub. Peaceful country setting with longhorn steer next door! Barn out back with porch, porch swing, and picnic table for relaxing. This is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the pool and hot tub, but we do not allow parties. We have a limit of five guests on the property at all times. You can enjoy your stay feeling completely safe because my husband is a retired law enforcement officer. With that being said, absolutely no drug use (including marijuana) will be tolerated. Guest access Private space all to yourself accessible with electronic lock and plenty of parking. NO Steps into the space!
