Idyllic architectural house in the middle of the Wendland

Built in 2021, this architect's house is located in the picturesque Wendland between Hamburg and Berlin. In the middle of a small Rundlingsdorf, deer can be observed grazing in the morning or kites in the air right in front of the spacious windows. Inside, generosity and selected design create a unique place to feel good, relax and be creative. The space The accommodation invites you to relax and at the same time to be creative with its large windows, the spacious living room, two workplaces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house was built in 2021 together with two architects and all the details in the house are well coordinated. This gives this house a unique character. All materials have been deliberately selected and are mostly of natural origin and the natural stone as well as the oak floor invite you to walk barefoot. The entire house has underfloor heating The house has a large south terrace that invites you to linger from breakfast in the morning sun to dinner in the evening sun. From the master bedroom, the study and the living room you can directly enter the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped: with a large stove & oven, dishwasher and a large work surface, cooking is fun. The fridge and freezer offer plenty of space for storage. The ground floor bedroom has a king size bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m and a large TV on which you can log in to Netflix & Co. In the bedroom on the first floor there is a queen size box spring bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, the other a large walk-in shower. Other things to note Location The wooden house is surrounded by the most beautiful listed half-timbered houses in a small village, 10 minutes by car from the small town of Lüchow. Parking for 2 cars is available right outside the door. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. We respect each other's privacy and respect boundaries - even without fences. In nearby Lüchow there is everything you need: supermarkets, health food stores, drugstores, clothing stores, a weekly market, pharmacies and more. A half-hour walk (1.9 km) away is a courtyard café in the village of Satemin. A few minutes by bike you will find a swimming lake. The beautiful museum village in nearby Lübeln gives an insight into the history of the unique region and the Rundling villages.
