Guests have certain access to the family's kitchen. The family lives in the house. Only one group of guest live at a time in the house. 10 minutes with commuter train to Stockholm City centre, 20 minutes by Underground. To the Stockholm Fair - 10 minutes by bus. The space The apartment is newly built (57 sqm). Two rooms connected with a corridor and bathroom. One bedroom with two comfortable beds, 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. There is storage for clothes. In the other room there is a bed, 90 cm wide and 200 cm long and a sofa bed 130 cm wide and 200 cm long. Also in the room: TV (HD) with wide range of channels. microwave, water boiler, and a dining table, which also can be used for work. WiFi is available. Access to garden with patio. This is for you who want a peaceful and relaxing stay with good communications to Stockholm city centre and the Stockholm Fair. No parties or loud music. No guests other than paying guests. By agreement, it is possible to rent for a longer period than 14 days. Guest access The guests exclusively have the use of the top floor (57 sqm) and share a kitchen on the first floor by separate agreement. Shared entrance. The family lives in the house. Free parking for one car on the property and in the street. During your stay The family is available during the rental and contact is maintained by email, text message and mobile phone.
