Master bedroom features an attached bath with soaking tub and spacious shower. The space Linden Retreat is a large ranch-style home with a walkout lower level. It is situated on 6 acres and has beautiful views year-round. Business Gatherings - Did you know that the Linden Retreat also boasts a beautiful space for business meetings? The lower level features a large conference table with seating for 8, a rolling 4' x 8' whiteboard for brainstorming, and a large Smart TV to connect your devices to! Coffee and filtered water are provided on the lower level, and there are many local restaurants on GrubHub or Uber Eats as a lunch option. (Tip: Lucky's Steakhouse is highly-rated and just down the road but doesn't deliver). For business bookings: If there are specific days that you are interested in, but they appear as unavailable, please message me. We may be able to open up additional dates. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except the following: - Master closet (but a large armoire and dresser offer plenty of storage space) - The utility room and two storage rooms downstairs. - The garage. We are happy to share our home with you and are happy to assist in any way we can to make your stay a delightful one! If you need help finding something's, such as cleaning supplies, ingredients, or extra bedding, just ask. Other things to note The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, spices, dry goods, canned goods, and more. Please take what you need (within reason, of course). For your convenience, the refrigerator will be empty for your groceries. You'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all bathrooms (there are 3 full baths and one half bath). In addition, other incidentals are provided as well - cotton swabs, cotton rounds, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, toilet paper, lotion, and first aid supplies. NOTE: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper! Everything else goes in the trash.
