The limit accommodation is a condominium rule and this includes children over 2 years old, up to 8 people. We have Wi-Fi. In the kitchen we offer : refrigerator, washing machine, microwave,iron and basic household items such as blender, orange squeezer, pots ,pans, cutlery, glasses and plates, coffee bottle, pressure cooker and baking pans . Located in the prime and quiet area at the end of Praia Grande/Ubatuba towards Caraguatatuba, with the Ponta da Praia kiosk as a reference point, which is about 150 meters from the condominium (about a 3-minute walk). Guest access Guests have access to everything the condominium offers except the fitness center and ballroom, which can only be rented by owners. Other things to note IMPORTANT: We do not provide bed linens and towels. We have 6 pillows available. We have a washing machine. Ice is sold in the condominium for the convenience of guests.
