Cozy Room in the Heart of Island - Free Ferry to M

Welcome to our cozy and stylish Airbnb! Our fully equipped apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed. The apartment is located steps away from public transportation. With high guest satisfaction ratings and reviews, our Airbnb is the perfect base for your next trip. NOTE: YOU ARE BOOKING A PRIVATE BEDROOM. Everything else in the apartment is shared. Newly renovated room, with wall mirrors, dimmable LED lights & modern outlets with USB or USB-C connections. The space We are on the ground floor with two rooms. You will be staying in one room while we stay in the next room. The property does have cameras outside and in the hallways, NOT in the apartment. The neighbor from upstairs can be loud occasionally. If noise from the floor above is something that will disturb you, please do not book. Guest access The kitchen and bathroom are shared. You can use the fridge to store your own food. If you wish to cook, you may use the utensils as long as you clean them afterward. During your stay I give my guests space, but am available when needed Other things to note * We have 2 kids under 2 years old, so you might occasionally hear them crying. If you are not comfortable, please book with someone else. We do not want to ruin your experience in this great city. * We took a long break from Airbnb and are back again. * Staten Island Ferry to Manhattan is FREE, it runs 24 hours 7 days a week. * You will see the Statue of Liberty each time you ride on this ferry. Coming to Staten Island, stay on the right side of the ferry, and going to Manhattan, stay on the left side in order to see Lady Liberty. * This place is located in STATEN ISLAND. Please look it up and see where it is on the map before you book. You will have to take a free ferry or a paid ($2.90) public bus to Manhattan. The ferry takes about 25 minutes from Staten Island to Manhattan. * Early luggage/bag drop-off is possible if you communicate ahead of time. * Occasionally, our neighbor makes noise on the floor above us. This is a rare occasion, but we do apologize in advance if that ever happens. * NYC recently prohibited short-term rentals such as Airbnb. Unless it’s a room only and approved by the city. WE ARE APPROVED by the city and renting legally. * Occasionally, you will hear noise from the neighbors above us. Please be aware of that and book only if you don't mind the noise.
