Enjoy your getaway in our retro chic basement apt!

This is a fun freshly-finished basement unit in SE between Powell and Division along Cesar Chavez/39th. The unit has a separate private entrance. The ceiling is well-insulated, it’s quiet, and there isn’t much overhead noise. Includes: retro-style fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cooktop, convection oven/microwave, AC, queen bed, stand-alone claw tub, towels, walk-in shower, lift-top coffee table, couch, dining table with four chairs, Roku smart tv, and hi-speed internet. Other things to note No cooking seafood/fish in the apartment please. Unfortunately it lingers terribly. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday are our laundry days, the remaining days are for you! Just please be considerate of overuse. Unfortunately there isn’t a separate thermostat for the basement. However, the vents can be closed and we have provided: vent magnets to entirely close the vents if it’s too cold/hot, a portable window AC, two tower fans, and two space heaters. There’s a tiny humidity gauge in the hallway, so if it gets muggy (>55-60%) please use the provided dehumidifier that is in the bedroom. For the pet-parents: there is no access to a yard on the property so your pups will need to be walked to potty. There is a church with a large yard literally next door, so you can just walk your pup over there (please clean up after them though!).
