Luxury barn in a stunning setting. The barn is located outside of Helhougton village in what feels like a nature reserve and you’ll regularly see animals in their natural habitat. The barn benefits from access to gardens and woods to explore and build dens. The barn itself has 5 luxury bedrooms, open plan dining and living areas, a well equipped utility room, area for home working, walled garden equipped with a BBQ, seating and fire basket. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. The space The barn has a huge open plan living area, perfect for large family gatherings, a games table for chess, back gammon, woodburner, sky TV, and plenty of family games to play. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, which sleep 10 people very comfortably, there are two further single beds, by way of trundle beds, that can be utilised for additional guests, upon request and for additional cost. The main bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, as does the master en-suite. The downstairs double bedroom en-suite has a wet room, therefore shower only and no bath. Guest access The barn has its own private walled courtyard and a further own use of a garden. In addition to this there are further communal grounds which include a pond, woods and grasslands. There is a car port and parking for up to 4 cars. Other things to note The barn has a downstairs bedroom with an en-suite wet room, perfect for guests who struggle with stairs. The ground floor is easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. If you would like to bring a dog, please request while booking. Usually one well behaved and well groomed dog is permitted to stay with a booking.
