Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our space is downstairs underneath the main house. It is quiet and brand new and is fully self contained. The unit is small but comfortable and suitable for one adult and measures 4.8m X 3.7m in floor area for the main living and bathroom area. The outdoor area and laundry are in addition. The space is perfect for students, young professionals or travelers The space The area is clean and tidy and located in a peaceful setting. The rear yard has water views! Guest access Access is available down the side of the house and includes the self contained unit and attached laundry and outdoor area. The back yard is available too if you wish to relax and enjoy the views. The main house upstairs and carport are not available. Parking is available for a vehicle with good clearance, adjacent to the unit or otherwise on the street. Please keep the front gate closed at all times.
