The space Welcome to our bright and spacious, open plan studio apartment, a comfortable and inviting space accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements are versatile and flexible. Enjoy the ease of a king-size day bed, 1 single bed and 1 single trundle bed that fits securely beneath the single bed. The kitchenette is equipped with essential utensils and appliances. Prepare meals with ease in the kitchen and enjoy your meal together at the breakfast/meal bench or at the outdoor furniture in the private garden. The sitting area provides you with a cozy space to relax and unwind on the couch, soaking up a good series on our smart TV. The apartment boasts a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Use the wash area that doubles as a space to clean dishes and utensils. We've taken care to provide all the necessary amenities for a hassle-free stay. Make use of the neat work station to catch up on emails or if you are device free, use this space as a versatile vanity area. Enjoy the private patio where you can enjoy the fresh air, make use of the BBQ or chillax and sip your early morning coffee. Located on the bottom floor of our spacious two-storey house, you'll have the privacy you desire with a totally seperate entrance. You may occasionally hear the patter of footsteps and excited chatter of our children. We have 1 friendly dog who may verbally greet you with love when you arrive but he will not have access to you or your space. We strive to ensure a peaceful and harmonious environment for all our guests. Guest access At our property, we offer a unique and exclusive space for our guests. The studio apartment is completely separate from the main living area of the house, with your own private entrance behind a secured gate and a private free parking. A covered patio is a great space to relax and wind down while overlooking a spacious private and sunlit level garden. Other things to note The kitchenette offers most utensils and appliances, you will need for self-catering including a frying pan, microwave, toaster and air-frier/oven for cooking. We do not currently have a washing machine or dryer.
