Watch the Howler monkeys and listen to the sunset jungle serenade as you unwind by the saltwater pool. This semi-detached property is located in the secure, gated community of Las Huacas, just a 6 minute drive to the restaurants, yoga classes and world famous surf beach of Playa Guiones and Pelada. The space The space has been designed to enhance your jungle experience. Sat on a mountain, the property maximises air flow to naturally cool the rooms. The villa has two bedrooms with air conditioning, high end mattresses and en-suite bathrooms. There is a special indoor balcony to enjoy the views. Downstairs you’ll find a guest bathroom, a wonderful dining table, all appliances and a huge sofa. Outside there are two private parking spaces and private 7m length saltwater pool overlooking the rainforest. The 200 mbps fibre optic wi-fi is perfect for remote working. Designed by award winning Salagnac architects and built sustainably by Garza Construction, all existing trees were incorporated into the design to maintain the local habitat for the Howler monkeys and beautiful birds who frequent the garden. The house has a special twist in that it’s decorated with wonderful art by the beautiful Behnaz Love, inspired by living in Nosara. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, private pool and garden. Other things to note Nosara is prone to frequent electricity cuts, which is unfortunately out of our control. It’s part of the beauty of living in the jungle and sent to test our Pura Vida! There are torches ready at the property for you in each room, should this happen! Please note, there is no television in the house, although there are some board games, cards and wildlife books. Hopefully this will enhance your connection to nature and loved ones during your stay. If you are staying over 5 nights, there will be an interim clean. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged with the property manager at an extra cost. We can also advise on some amazing yoga and breathwork classes, places to visit/eat out, take out options and recommend a private chef for your visit.
