Casa WooWoo is our beautiful home ready for your holiday. Relax & revitalise in this private villa where you can feel at home with sunshine & an oasis of calm. The stunning lagoon style pool is wonderful to take a dip to cool off from sunny days (1.35 - 1.40 m depth). The pool has climatised heating between 24 to 28 degrees, it various depending on time of year and weather conditions. The hot tub on the roof terrace overlooks the distant sand dunes sea & mountains. star gazing the night sky. The space This is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa, with 3 ensuite bathrooms. It has it`s own private pool and garden. The villa has air conditioning in every room, a fully fitted kitchen. The open plan dining room/lounge has free wi-fi, and a tv. The pool terrace has sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. Follow the spiral staircase onto the roof terrace where you can enjoy a 6 seater hot tub, sun loungers, further alfresco dining with a charcoal BBQ and stunning views of the distant sand dunes, beach and mountains. Enjoy watching the stunning sun sets & clear sky star gazing. Guest access The Villa is private and you have the sole use of it. Other things to note This is a privately owned Villa in the Bahiazul resort, guest can enjoy the superb on site facilities which include Bar, Restaurant, Gym, Sauna & Spa, please note that if using the facilities they have to be paid directly to the resort and are not including as a package within the Villa price. Please note there is a locking/adjoining door between the main master bedroom and the second twin bedroom for families, if you want to avoid usage of the patio door onto the pool. Please also note the twin bedded room CANNOT be made into a double bed due to the beds being attached to the wall and the furniture in the room does not allow for this. Please therefore do not attempt to move the beds around as it will damage the wall and results in damage charges. As per our house rules, we re unable to host infants due to health & safety along with our insurance. This is due to the bathrooms only having walk in showers and no baths, no safety gates, hard tiled floors and no locks on kitchen cupboards and an unfenced swimming pool. Pool/check and clean, Luke the Manager will come and mid week to clean the pool. If guests are staying 11 days or longer, extra linen will be provided at check in, there will be no additional clean during your stay. The price includes heated hot tub and climatised pool heating. Please be mindful that during the winter month the pool may only go up to 26/27 degrees. Beach towels are also provided. Please note that the Casa Woo Woo Villa is in the luxurious resort of Bahiazul. Its is a place of calmness and tranquility. Therefore we along with the resort have a strict policy on quiet times as per our house rules, zero tolerance of any type of party or late night loud music. If you are looking for entertainment, loud music and late nights, this is not a place suitable for you.
