A private self-contained extension to one of Chedworth’s historic 18th century houses, Amphlett Stables is set on Pancake Hill facing South overlooking the valley below. It lies in the middle of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with easy access to main centres and places of interest. A stone built traditional Cotswold home that is cozy, yet spacious and light with historic features. It has been fully renovated to have modern facilities whilst retaining its original character. The space The house offers excellent accommodation with 3 bedrooms, each having its own modern en-suite shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances as well as a breakfast bar. There is a separate dining room where you can enjoy elegant dining under a vaulted ceiling. The lounge has a wood burning stove in an inglenook fireplace for cozy winter evenings and a door leading to the garden on sunny days. (First bundle of firewood complimentary. Further firewood can be purchased for cash on site or purchased independently). There is a separate TV room for entertainment. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The two bedrooms off the lounge are accessed via spiral staircases which could be difficult for aged or infirm visitors. The double bedroom above the TV room is accessed via a normal staircase. First bundle of fire wood and bbq charcoal complimentary. Further firewood and charcoal can be purchased on site for cash or purchased independently.
