Our spacious house has ample room and privacy for guests, with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dining room and 2 living rooms (main floor and basement). Additional dining space is available with the screened in porch and outside patio. The basement family room has a nearly new ping pong table, TV, as well as toys and games. We have beds for 6, but can sleep more upon request. A laundry room is also available for guests and parking is allowed in the 1 car garage, in the driveway or along the curb in front of the house (parking is not allowed in the backyard). The guests are allowed to utilize the entire house except for the locked storage closet on the main floor and the locked storage room in the basement. Phone numbers provided if needed. If you bring a pet (by paying the pet deposit fee), please keep your pet on a leash when in the back yard. The back yard is not fenced and it is important that you Do Not Allow your pet to wander into our neighbor’s yard.
