The space This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is beautifully designed with comfort and luxury in mind. The master bedroom is equipped with a King Bed and a hidden en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a single Twin Bed with an extra hidden pullout bed underneath to keep the room spacious when not used. The spacious kitchen is beautifully designed with an island pantry and a built-in refrigerator to provide you with the most comfortable eating/cooking area. The living room is equipped with a big 55" 4K smart TV with high-speed internet, and all the power outlets throughout the house are Bardi smart outlets for your safety and convenience. Moreover, there is an in-unit laundry machine so you can do laundry on your own without leaving the comfort of your own home. You are able to enjoy LaViz's building best-in-class apartment amenities such as the infinity pool, gym, hot jacuzzi, rooftop garden, and 24h concierge. Enjoy delicious restaurants, shop luxury brands, buy groceries, get a massage, or watch the latest movie in the cinema— all just a step away from this apartment with direct access to Pakuwon Mall. Other things to note • We provide basic amenities such as towels, dishware, cooking pans, and handsoap. We do not provide any shower essentials such as body soap & shower gel— please bring your own. • Free parking (only for weekly/monthly stays): Free parking is only available upon request for weekly/monthly stays. You can park for IDR 10K for 15 hours in the mall parking. You need to repark every 15 hours to avoid overnight charges. • Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 2 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. • House rules that you must follow (failure to follow these rules may cause you additional fees, by booking you are agreeing to follow these rules): 1. No additional guests unless pre-arranged. If you bring more guests than what you put in, you will be charged 300k/pax fee. 2. Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, not even on the balcony. 3. Please throw your garbage bags on the garbage disposal in front of the service elevator on the same floor before checking out. Failure to do this will result in additional 200K cleaning fee. 4. Please clean your own dishes etc before checking out. Leave the apartment clean and tidy as you find it. 5. Turn off A/C when not in use, and before checking out. 6. Bring your own outside towels if you plan to use the pool/jacuzzi. The provided towels are strictly only for shower use. 99% of my guests are wonderful & respectful, so I really appreciate them! To the 1% of guests that have no regard for my property, you will be charged a cleaning fee of up to IDR 1.000.000 and damages will be reimbursed at their own expense.
